Team Management
Inviting New Members
Navigate to Settings > Team Members and click "Invite Member". Enter their email address and select their role: Lawyer, Paralegal, or Support Staff. They will receive an email invitation to join your firm.
User Roles
- Firm Admin: Full access to all settings, billing, and team management.
- Lawyer: Access to cases, clients, documents, and billing for assigned matters.
- Paralegal: Access to cases and documents, but limited billing and settings access.
- Support Staff: Administrative access for scheduling, client communication, and document management.
Editing Permissions
From the team member's profile, you can adjust their role, deactivate their account, or reset their password. Deactivated users lose access immediately but their work history is preserved.
Security Settings
Encourage all team members to enable two-factor authentication (MFA) from their security settings. As a firm admin, you can see which users have MFA enabled.
